Firestorm: Journey of a Nobody


Chapter 4

Our mission was to look for people known as The Warriors of Vale and they're children then take their hearts. Rothx and I were paired up and we were sent to look for them in the west side of the continent that they lived in.

We knew that the Warriors of Vale were not a force to be reckoned with so we decided to stay under cover. Soon we had passed by a city called Ayuthay where the people just talked about how thankful they were about the warriors. After that we went to the place that had once been the home to the Warriors of Vale. When Rothx and I arrived we saw a group of teenagers with each other working on a pair of wings.

The one with red hair was just sitting back against a wall relaxing while the girl with green hair was yelling at him telling him to help. "Tyrell, you get over here right now and help me and Mathew with the soarwing!" the girl said. The boy named Tyrell just continued relaxing on the rock till he noticed me and Rothx. "Hey Karis," Tyrell said to the girl. She looked at what he was staring at and said "Oh hi! Sorry about that, do you need any help?"

There was another boy with blond hair who continued working, but didn't say a word to me. Rothx was the first to speak and said "Yes miss. My and I are looking for directions to a mountain called Mount Aleph. I was wondering if you can help us with our journey." The boy named Tyrell got up and immediately said "Of course we'll help!"

We headed for the top of the mountain that we were on that was just across Mount Aleph. The girl named Karis said that they needed to speak to their parents first before they went off on an adventure. When we arrived I saw a man speaking to someone who looked similar to Leojx. "Mathew, why are all of you backing so early? And who are these men here?" said the man who had blonde hair like Mathew's.

Mathew came up to the man and said something to him then the man said "Sorry for not introducing myself, my name is Isaac. I see that you need help then with this journey of yours?"
Rothx said "Yes, also we need help with something else. We are looking for someone named Matt also. Have you encountered anyone else other than this boy by that name? He looks similar to my comrade here."

The man who Isaac was speaking suddenly stepped in front of Isaac and Matthew and said "Everyone get back! These are the people I was warning you about Isaac!" The man pulled out a sword and stood in a fighting stance. I was about to pull out my sword when felt a heavy rock cover my hands and feet. I looked over and saw Matthew holding his hand out but I had no idea what he was doing. Isaac had pulled out a huge sword and stood in his battle stance.

Soon other older people came out of the house nearby who had weapons of their own. Karis and Tyrell were also behind me. The man who looked like Leojx was about to swing his sword at me when suddenly Leojx and Xal-Kel arrived. Leojx pulled out his sword and stopped the man who tipped us off from cutting our heads off, or should I say my head because Rothx was already flying in the air with his powerful hammer.

"Dang it!" the man who nearly killed me said "This is just going to make things worse!"
Leojx was confused about how the man looked like him at first then suddenly smiled and said "Now I see why that barrier was so hard to break through."
The man just pushed Leojx away and said "Isaac, Matthew everybody! Get out of here! These guys are dangerous you won't stand a chance against them!"

Isaac looked at Matthew and Matthew nodded his head they both ran with the other warriors. The man stayed and continued blocking us from getting any closer to them. Leojx just smiled and said "I never would have imagined that I would have met you."
The man just said in return "Don't even try fighting me! You know that I could kill you if I wanted to!"
Leojx's smile disappeared and he said "Yes, I do realize that you are much more powerful than me, but do you think that you can defeat all four of us?"

The man tightened his grip on his sword and said "Oh trust me, I can defeat any of you Nobodies, Even Superman's."
Xal-Kel broke his silence and said "Oh really now… lets just prove that then."
The man just stood their even though he had been challenged and said "And how would I know that the rest of you wouldn't go chase after The Warrior's of Vale and their children while I fight you?"
Leojx smiled and said "Okay then I guess we will all have to fight you then huh?"

I knew what Leojx meant by this, but I didn't even want to get in a fight against this guy, I mean if you were to have sensed Leojx's power levels you would be terrified, but this guy was even stronger. The fact that such a powerful nobody like Leojx, would admit that there someone who is more powerful than he is means that this guy is not a force to be reckoned with.

I knew that I had no choice though. It was either get myself killed by this guy or by the leader. I pulled out The Great Fairy Sword and stood in my fight position. I had no idea who this man was, but I knew that that did not matter now. All that mattered was to stay alive.

The man was looking at each of us with his eyes looking to see whose nobodies he was fighting. When his eyes fell upon me however he just gave me a quizzical look. He stopped standing in his fighting stance and said "I will let you all go back to your dimension if you let me have this comrade of yours."
Leojx looked at me and immediately said "Like we would let you take him! You are not even going to have a chance to stop our master plan!"

I was confused to why he would want me I mean, why would he want me? There were other nobodies out there who were much more powerful than me that he can get. The man said "Go ahead leave I am going to train Matt then, and when you send your warrior Matt will win."

I had no idea what it was that he was talking about but I knew that whoever Matt was, it would be someone who I would have to face.
Leojx said "Alright then, go ahead and train him. Tmaxt will defeat him easily, and when he kills him, I will kill you."
The man just stood there and said "Well you'd better go before I send you all of to hell!" Leojx opened up a Dark Corridor and just said "Go ahead and try, Firestorm has reached there too."

After that we stepped through the corridor. When I looked back at the entrance to that universe I saw the man staring at me, and soon the entrance was sealed once again from the barrier from earlier.

When we arrived back at the League of Hearts fortress Leojx said that he would tell the leader about the incident. I immediately went to the food machine. I was very hungry from eating only a little food while on the journey on the planet with that golden sun. I heard a knock on my door and opened it. In the doorway was the only friend that I had made at The League of Hearts Xuked.

I looked at him then immediately hugged him. He just pushed me away and said "Okay, that was kind of weird. First you act like the Twilight Zone guy when you get here and now you're acting like my human's wife (We called the people who we are the Nobodies of humans because we aren't completely so we just called them their species name)."
I wasn't surprised by the reaction he gave be so I wasn't insulted. I laughed and said "Yah right! You probably failed your mission like I failed mine!"

Xuked said "Actually unlike you I finish my missions."
I laughed again and said "Oh yah? Well I don't see Link's nobody or Heartless anywhere! Explain to me now how you did fail your mission!"
Xuked put his hand on his forehead and said "You idiot, that wasn't my mission, my mission was to save your ass."

When he said that, he got me there. I just said "Oh."
Xuked shook his head and said "You are such a nerd. You have got to pay attention to that stuff okay? Got it memorized?"
I smiled when he said that (Get it memorized). It was the catch phrase that another nobody named Axel was known to say before he died.

He smiled and said "Well I'm going off to train you should come train too."
I sighed when he said this because I had just got back from a mission and I was really tired. I went anyways though so that I could learn about how Xuked got back. It turns out that he actually defeated most of the Smash Bros.

There was another reason why I went to go train though. I remembered about what Leojx said to the man about my human and me. I didn't want to fight anyone though I knew that my only chance of having a life of my own would disappear. I knew that in order to have my own heart, I would have to do what The League of Hearts tells me to do.

When I got back to my room I just rested on my bed and hoped that I would not have to ever meat that man again.

The next morning I went to the lobby where the other members of The League of Hearts were eating their breakfast. Unlike Organization 13 the members of The League of Hearts were close together. Almost everyone had a buddy to talk to. I was always interested in XSakura (Everyone who was friends with her called her Sakura because it was more simple than saying Ksakura like I did when I first met her. I never felt more like an idiot in my entire life).

I was about to make another attempt to overcome the strange shyness I had around her but instead I heard echoing though the lobby from the speakers on the walls the voice of the leader saying "Tmaxt report to the Dark Corridors."

Everyone looked at me, and I knew why. When you are called to the Dark Corridors this early in the morning it usually meant that you didn't get any breakfast. Well good breakfast that is. I started walking to the room with the Dark Corridors to see where I would go to for my next mission.

When I arrived I found Xuked and Rothx standing there waiting for me. "What took you so long Tmaxt?" Rothx asked.
He knew that I was irritated about having no breakfast and was just trying to make me even madder. I ignored the question and said "So what's the mission now?"
Xoled came from nowhere and said "You three are to go to where the Soul Society HQ is and sneak in through their defenses. When we attack them with our armies you three must tear them from the inside out.

He handed Xuked a small machine and said "This device here will fill the entire place with the power of darkness. When it is activated it will summon an army of Shikabane and Hollows, causing them to be completely annilated. Since they have never faced Shikabane and do not know how to kill them, the Soul Society will crumble. Plus since every person that dies becomes a Shikabane we shall have an unlimited number of soldiers under our control."

I understood his plan completely. Sending in three armies at once will cause the Soul Society to loose this battle… Especially since Leojx will be leading the main army of nobodies, we shall be victorious.

We nodded our heads then packed up our gear. When we had everything we needed, we headed back to the Dark Corridors. I went through and knew that we would win.
